TikTok Studio

Our TikTok Studio is the perfect solution for busy entrepreneurs, consultants, and executives who want to create engaging and authentic content but don’t have time to learn the intricacies of another platform.

Using our collaborative approach, our writers craft powerful scripts based on your original ideas to captivate and engage viewers from start to finish.

What’s included in the TikTok Studio Package?

TikTok Studio includes everything you need to develop your ideas, write and edit scripts, optimize for TikTok SEO, and get them out to the world.

WRITER THAT’S SOURCED FOR YOU

  • We’ll source a writer specifically for you so that you have someone who understands your context.
  • Contextual understanding is key to someone “getting it,” so your writer will not need to ask clarifying questions but can instead focus on extracting your wisdom for concise and compelling scripts.

QUARTERLY EDITORIAL CALENDAR

  • We will conduct topic and keyword research to develop an initial set of ideas optimized for TikTok SEO.
  • You and your Writer will come up with TikTok script ideas and document the concept in an ‘Idea Swipe File’ inside your quarterly editorial calendar. These ideas will be discussed in your quarterly edcal meeting. Each of the 12 confirmed TikToks will be added to a professional quarterly editorial calendar with deadlines.
  • You determine whether you need to be interviewed for specific topics or if your Writer can craft a script based on existing content.

How the TikTok Studio Works

1. TikTok Strategy Consult

The first step—before you build your brand—is to make sure you actually have a purpose for the content and determine whether our method is the right one for you.

To do this, you will speak with a Content Strategist who will help you get clear on three things:

  • Your content’s purpose
  • The audience you’re trying to reach (and how your content will serve them)
  • The objectives you hope your content will help you achieve (like building your business or using a platform to support causes you believe in)

Note that this is not a sales call. This is about determining whether your brand has a purpose and whether our company is the right fit to help you build it.

Our process does not work for everyone. If we determine that we’re not a good fit for each other, we’ll happily refer you to a service or company that can meet your needs.

2. Assemble your TikTok Team

To begin the process, you'll meet with your Writer. Your Writer will be your main point of contact and will work directly with you on all TikTok scripts.

Your Writer's job is to create high-quality TikTok scripts in a turnkey fashion that makes your job as easy as point, shoot, post.

Prior to the introduction call, we'll send you a questionnaire if you're starting as a new client with us. For clients who have worked with us on their Brand Platform and/or Content Studio, we've already got you covered.

We'll also send you our TikTok Success Guide, so you know exactly what to expect at every stage.

3. Kickstart

On your first call with Flow, your writer will start creating a direction for your TikTok content.

This will be similar to a Content Strategy call but will go into much greater depth to accomplish these things:

  • Specifically articulate what you want to write about / teach your audience.
  • Define exactly who your audience is.
  • Understand precisely how your content will serve that audience and why they will care about it.
  • Specifically articulate how you will use the content to benefit you.

4. Editorial Calendar Planning

Once the direction of your content is framed correctly, you will schedule your first quarterly editorial calendar planning meeting.

Before this meeting, your Writer will research TikTok keywords to base content ideas on. You can, of course, come up with other topics that aren’t related to keywords.

During the meeting, you’ll go through each idea written down by you and your Writer and either approve, reject, or mark ideas “work on it.”

The purpose is to finalize a list of TikToks to batch-create. You will also decide whether you want your Writer to write your script in bullets or complete sentences.

5. Writing

Your writer will then schedule time with you to interview you on the selected TikTok topics that require it. These interviews are exactly what they sound like: interviews where you’re asked questions, and what you say is then transcribed, edited, and turned into scripts. More often than not, you’ll be able to tackle all of your scripts in one or two interviews.

Another option is that your writer researches and ghostwrites TikTok scripts themselves and sends them to you for final edits.

Your writer will include a caption with hashtags plus relevant text on screen with each script.

6. Shooting and Posting

All of the TikToks finalized from the editorial calendar will be written and shared on one document. Your Writer will tag you as they complete each script. It is up to you when to post and how often, though your Writer will offer their expertise and guidance throughout the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I know if my audience is on TikTok?
There are over 1 billion users on TikTok and 10% of small businesses that use TikTok go viral.
What started as a lip-syncing app is now everyone’s favorite entertainment app. Yes, your audience is on there, and they are searching for everything. TikTok has a much better search engine than other social media platforms, allowing users to find content based on keywords, hashtags, and other filters.
2. What matters more on TikTok: the number of followers or total likes?
Like any other social media platform, engagement trumps all other metrics.
A higher number of likes indicates that your content is resonating with your target audience – AKA potential customers.
3. What is TikTok SEO?
TikTok SEO (Search Engine Optimization) refers to the process of optimizing your TikTok account, videos, and profile information to increase visibility, reach, and engagement on the platform. Here are some ways to optimize your videos for TikTok SEO:

  • Hashtags: Use relevant and trending hashtags to increase visibility and reach for your content.
  • Captions: Use keywords in your captions to help your content get discovered through the search function.
  • Text on Screen: Use text on screen with specific keywords to help train the algorithm to understand what you’re talking about.
3. How much time should I expect to spend on this?
Roughly 20 minutes every week or if you batch your videos, less than 4 hours every quarter coming up with ideas and interviewing for us to write your scripts. How much time spent shooting videos will be totally dependent on how you structure your time.

We won’t sugar coat it – if you’re not used to being in front of a camera, there will be a learning curve. We provide our clients with a TikTok Success Guide that walks you through all the functions you need to know (and don’t need to know) to keep that learning curve as tight as possible.
